LEE MURDOCK PANELS
Founded by Lee.
Now run by Lachie.
For more than 30 years, Lee Murdock Panels has been repairing cars in Clayton South. Lee Nguyen started the workshop, and today his son Lachie runs it.
The work has grown over the years. The way it is done has not.
Inside the workshop · Clayton SouthWHERE IT STARTED
“Do it properly the first time, and always look after the customer.”
The simple promise Lee built the business on.
The story so far.
- 01 · THE BEGINNING
Lee opens the workshop
Lee Nguyen set up Lee Murdock Panels in Clayton South more than three decades ago. He wanted a workshop that did honest work, explained it clearly and stood behind the finish.
- 02 · WORD OF MOUTH
A loyal following
That approach earned Lee a reputation for careful, honest workmanship. Customers came back, then sent their family, friends and colleagues. For a local workshop, that is how a name is built.
- 03 · THE NEXT GENERATION
Lachie takes the keys
Today Lachie runs the business. He carries the same philosophy forward: do the job properly, keep the customer informed and don’t cut corners where no one will see.
- 04 · TODAY
More the workshop can do
Alongside everyday smash and insurance repairs, the workshop now takes on prestige resprays and specialist refinishing, including aluminium window frames for building projects.
